The tenant must meet the following criteria:
• Pay rent on time
• Take care of their rented premises
• Notify when maintenance issues arise
• Rental terms of 1 year or more
• Honor the terms of the lease agreement

In order to keep our landowners regularly informed about their property’s wellbeing, we provide complete transparency with an online portal for each landowner that provides balance sheets, general ledgers and account payable/receivable statements.
Accounts are closed out at the end of every month and monthly statements and checks are mailed out.
We also provide a CPA ready statement for each landowner at the end of each year.
